About us...
Txango Tours is a small operator of sidecar motorcycle tours through Paris and Versailles. We show our guests the best of what the area has to offer, and all from the vantage point of a classic vehicle! Our guides and drivers are fully trained and licensed professionals who just love to show their passengers a fun time!

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY
We have policies in place to manage our sustainability and environmental impact.
Our Versailles tour includes a picnic, which are notoriously wasteful in terms of both leftover unconsumed food, and disposable utensils. I have invested in washable & re-usable picnic cutlery and containers. As we work through the market in Versailles, we will be collecting our lunch in our own containers which will then be kept, machine-washed, and re-used.
Furthermore, I am currently researching local associations to whom we will donate any unconsumed picnic food.
SOCIAL IMPACT
We take steps to have a positive impact on our community.
Initially, I was going to be a school teacher. Throughout my career in tourism I have continued to preserve relationships with local schools by offering internships and free excursions for local students and their families.

Founder grew up in the USA and active in the anglophone community in Paris. Any English speaking guests will be catered to by a fluent English speaker.

Tour route and content is always adjustable, please make special requests!
FAMILIES
Our sidecar tours are perfect for family outings, and we can accommodate families of up to 4 individuals. There is no legal minimum age, however passengers on the back of the motorbike must be able to reach the foot-pegs, and passengers in the sidecar must be able to sit independently.
BACKPAKERS & BUDGET TRAVELERS
We love to accept any guests, however we have limited trunk space in the sidecar. We can store small and normal sized backpacks in the sidecar's trunk.
ADVENTURERS
Although we love to "fly the basket", we try to keep this trick to a minimum for the sake of the sidecar's suspension ;)
BUSINESS TRAVELERS
Founder holds a government issued VMDTR license required for airport pick up and drop-off.
SENIORS
Our sidecar has a step and hand-rail to assist getting in and out of, and the motorbike has a backrest for extra support.
TRAVELERS WITH PETS
We've already had guests with pets in the sidecar! Particularly large pets can sit in the sidecar on their own, and the owner would be sitting behind the chauffeur.
GROUPS
Due to the small size of our business, we can accommodate groups of up to 4 guests.
MOBILITY CONSIDERATIONS
Mobility unique guests must be able to sit unassisted. Your chauffeur can assist with getting on/off the motorbike, or in/out of the sidecar.
